SWAGBEER LTD

Merchandise that belongs beside the pint — not in the landfill of forgotten tote bags.

Branded kits, taproom goods, and event swag for drinks brands and hospitality operators who want promo that people keep using.

19 Claremont Lane, Esher

The flight

Four pours. One paddle. Pick what your brand needs on the bar.

01 · Soft goods

Tees, caps, patches, and aprons that survive industrial wash cycles and still look intentional under taproom lights.

  • Fabric and print method advice by volume
  • Fit notes for staff vs. retail sell-through
  • Care labels and batch coding options

02 · Bar hardware

Glassware, tinware, openers, trays, and drip mats — the objects hands actually touch between pours.

  • Decoration methods matched to substrate
  • Dishwasher reality checks before you commit art
  • Mixed SKU packs for launch crates

03 · Event crates

Festival and launch kits: badges, vouchers, table kits, and runner gifts with a packing list that warehouse staff can follow at 5 a.m.

  • Per-event BOM and packing diagrams
  • On-site replenishment logic
  • Leftover sell-through plans

04 · Trade armour

Sales-rep kits, POS for accounts, and limited drops that make wholesale buyers feel looked after — without drowning margin.

  • Account-tier gift ladders
  • Line-sheet companion pieces
  • Seasonal drop calendars

The house

Esher base. Hospitality instincts. Zero novelty-for-novelty’s-sake.

SWAGBEER LTD works with breweries, cider makers, bars, and drinks-adjacent brands that need promotional goods to feel native to the category. From 19 Claremont Lane we coordinate design direction, sourcing, sampling, and delivery windows that respect brew schedules and event calendars.

We are not a random gadget catalogue. If an item will not earn a second use — on a bar, in a kit bag, or on a shift — we will say so before you spend.

  1. Mash — Brief

Audience, channels, budget band, must-have items, hard nos. We write the grain bill before anyone quotes embroidery.

  2. Boil — Sample

Strike samples for hand-feel and wash tests. Art is adjusted when reality bites — not after 500 units land wrong.

  3. Ferment — Produce

Locked specs, QC checkpoints, and delivery dates tied to your tap takeover or festival load-in.

  4. Condition — Pack

Kitted by door, by event, or by SKU. Labels on cartons humans can read in a dark stockroom.

  5. Serve — Review

What walked, what sat, what to never brew again. The next batch gets smarter.

House rules under every glass.

Say no to landfill bait

Keg log

Batches that landed clean.

Regional brewery rebrand crate

New identity, old glassware chaos. We rebuilt a core kit: glass, opener, tee, and drip mat with dishwasher-safe decoration. Staff stopped apologising for cloudy logos after week two.

Festival weekend armour

Three SKUs, high volume, brutal logistics. Packing diagrams + colour-coded cartons meant volunteers could replenish without a briefing novel. Waste on site dropped because over-order had a sell-through path.

Wholesale account ladder

Buyers got tiered thank-you kits tied to order bands. Not louder — clearer. Reorders mentioned the opener more than the discount.

Who drinks here

Patrons of the merchandise bar.

Breweries & cideries

Taproom retail and festival presence that matches the liquid.

Bar groups

Staff uniforms and house merch without looking like a generic franchise.

Drinks startups

Launch kits that feel bigger than your headcount.

Hospitality events

Pop-ups and takeovers that need crates, not chaos.

Last call questions

Before you shout us a brief.

Do you only serve alcohol brands?

Drinks and hospitality are home turf. Soft drinks, coffee, and food-and-bev hybrids with similar retail mechanics are welcome.

Can you just print my logo on stuff?

We can — and we will still push back if the item will fail in a dishwasher or look wrong on a bar top.

Minimum orders?

Depends on process and factory. We quote honestly after the mash brief, including the boring freight bits.

How do we start?
